Though the picture is copyright © to BeForU and Konami, I, Livandlifthrasir|talk 11:00, 25 September 2007 (UTC)), feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution screenshot;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes showing the DVD cover of the DVD release of BeForU's Live Performance at Zepp Tokyo in 2006.
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on Konami's or BeForU's commercial use of the image in question.
