Česky: Vlajka města Bezdružice, okres Tachov. List tvoří žerďový pruh červeno–zeleně dělený v poměru 5:2, široký tři sedminy délky listu, a tři vodorovné pruhy, modrý, bílý a žlutý, v poměru 5:1:1. Ze zeleného pruhu vyrůstá bílá kvádrovaná věž s prázdnou bránou, černým oknem, cimbuřím a černou stanovou střechou se žlutou makovicí. V modrém pruhu bílo–červeně polcená orlice se žlutou zbrojí a jetelovitě zakončeným perizoniem.
