Beverley O'Connor

Beverley O'Connor is a well known Melbourne journalist and broadcaster she has been for 18 years. Beverley was the entertainment presenter on Channel 7's Melbourne Weekender in 2006 and she previously formed apart of the Vega 915fm breakfast crew alongside Dave O'Neil, Shaun Micallef and Denise Scott. O'Connor used to read the news and traffic throughout the breakfast program but resigned in mid 2007.

O'Connor was Seven News's weeknight sports presenter until January of 2005, she was replaced by Sandy Roberts.

Before moving to the Seven Network in 2004, O'Connor worked for both ABC radio and television. She specialised in economics and politics and was a presenter on 774 ABC Melbourne for 5 years.

Bev is the first female director of the Melbourne Football Club, where she has been on the board for six years. She is currently vice-chair, the first female to hold this role with an AFL Club.

She is currently a presenter of the ABC's Asia Pacific News service replacing Anne Kruger.
