Bev Buckway

Bev Buckway is a Canadian politician, currently serving as the mayor of Whitehorse, Yukon. A former professional curler, she has represented the Yukon at both the Canada Winter Games and the Scott Tournament of Hearts. She used to own a barbershop also. She has a degree in Livestock Production. She was elected mayor in 2006, defeating incumbent Ernie Bourassa.
