I really don't consider terms such as 'Young Filth' to be in the spirit of impartiality. It sounds to me more like someone who has an axe to grind

- I used to live there, and I can say that from the revision you are describing, whoever wrote that clearly lived there too. We're talking about an estate that's population has dwindled over the years due to the antisocial brigade, had tall iron gates fitted around a few shops to protect them at night, and burnt down a wooden castle play area that it's now a featureless mound in the park.
