As now written this text is taken verbatim from the B.A. website, [1]. This is considered to be a copyright violation, and the article could be deleted because of it. It needs to be reworded to avoid that. It also should not be written in the first person ("we . . . "), needs be be written in an objective manner, and should be based on reliable, third-party sources, such as books, newspapers, etc. The improvment of this article to meet the requirments of various Wikipedia policies and guidelines, including WP:RS, WP:NPOV, and WP:MOS would be a worthy endeavor.
