Between the Sheets is the 2004 debut album of British R&B group The 411. The album contains the hit singles "On My Knees" featuring Ghostface Killah, "Dumb", and "Teardrops". A follow up is unlikely as the group were dropped after poor sales of the album. The album was also released in Japan and France. The album was certified silver on 10 December 2004[1]
