Betty Rothenberg is an American television and theatre director. She directed Y&R episodes from 1984-2002.

In 1997, she won a DGA Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Serials - Daytime, for The Young and The Restless. The award was shared with Don Phillip Smith, Don Jacob, Randy Hill, Dan Brumett, Sally McDonald, Robin Phillips, Mike Denney and Kathryn Foster. Rothenberg was consistently nominated each year, from 1986 to 2002, for a Daytime Emmy (DE) award, and won in 1986-1989, 1996-1999, 2001, and 2002. In total, she's garnered 17 DE nominations and 7 wins.
