Beto Carrero World is the an amusement park located in the town of Penha, Santa Catarina, Brazil. It is the largest amusement park in Latin America and fifth-larges in the world at 14,000,000 square meters. Since its opening in 1991 10 million people have visited here.

Beto Carrero World was founded by João Batista Sérgio Murad, who adopted the persona of Beto Carrero. In addition to the theme park, there is also a zoo with over 700 animals.

It is divided into sections: Avenue of the Nations, Radical Adventure, Pirate Island, Animal World, Fantasy Land, the Wild West, and the German Village. It is home to a roller coaster (montanha russa), a Ferris wheel (roda gigante), and a castle (castelo). In addition, there are several shows that thec staff puts on, including Mysterious Africa show and the Wild West show.
