Copyright examination was requested regarding subject described below. Sadly copyright examinations is not the right place for the request. The most common reason is that the content has already been added/uploaded to Wikipedia. Such cases (violations or not) are taken care of at Wikipedia:Copyright problems.
The request has been moved to List of rejected requests. Please move the request to a better location so it can be taken care of. When the request is moved and/or backed up, please remove this template and the entry from copyright examinations page.
It's not clear what licence tag needs to be applied. The following information is available, and evidenced on Image:Bestiarii (EUR Museum).jpg. Please advise or correct:
- The copyright holder on their website licences for non commercial use (known to be insufficient for Wikipedia use).
- The image is probably nonetheless fair use on most articles that genuinely relate in some significant way to bestiarii, this is because there are almost no sources of images other than of the few limited materials owned by museums.
- The copyright holder has written and allowed Wikipedia to use it both online, and in print/DVD, including "third parties... outside Wikipedia's control". The exact request was:

- For these reasons, there is probably 1) fair use with permission and without restriction on Bestiarii, and 2) probable fair use elsewhere. One place it would be used elsewhere is to illustrate bestiarii at Historical and cultural perspectives on zoophilia which is also probably fair use.
Could someone with more knowledge, please assist and tag this image correctly.
