Best of the Worst is a British panel game, broadcast on Channel 4 in 2006.
Hosted by Alexander Armstrong, it features two teams of two players, one captained by David Mitchell, the other by Johnny Vaughan. The other panelists are normally comedians or well known television personalities.
The show looks at the worst things ever to happen in the world, such as the person with the worst luck, the worst diet, or the worst inventions.
[edit] Rounds
Best of the Worst is made up of four rounds.
- Pick the Worst - A subject is given, along with the four worst things that have ever happened related to it. Each team picks what they think was the worst thing to have happened on that chosen list. The studio audience then vote for which one they think is the worst out of the two chosen, and the one with the most votes wins two points.
- Bottom Five - The five worst things related to a subject are given in reverse order (From 5th worst to THE worst). Each team has to try and guess what the thing is via a given picture clue. One point is given for each right answer.
- Which ends the Worst? - Two video clips are shown where each one ends badly. Each team has to guess which one ends the worst. Two points are given for the right answer.
- Wall of Worst - A quick-fire buzzer round, where a subject is given, along with a picture clue relating to the worst thing ever to happen relating to that subject. Each team has to buzz in with what they think happened. One point each for every right answer.
