  • The tracks "Sweat", "No Spill Blood", "Wild Sex (In the Working Class)", "Who Do You Want to Be", "Only a Lad", and "Goodbye, Goodbye" are all re-recordings from 1988's Boingo Alive, although each song was originally recorded during the band's earlier years with A&M Records.
  • "Dead Man's Party" and "No One Lives Forever" also appear in their Boingo Alive versions instead of their original versions from the album Dead Man's Party .
  • This version of "Flesh 'n Blood" is a previously unreleased single remix.
