[edit] Berkeley Hills

There is no neighborhood called by the name "Berkeley Hills" in Berkeley that I've ever heard of having grown up here. The name has always applied to the hills themselves. I have heard the casual "the hills", typically counterposed to "the flatlands". Also, the link was unoccupied: there was no article for the supposed neighborhood.
