Bersi Skáld-Torfuson is how it is written in Icelandic. The version Skáldtorfuson is a bad one, and probably a invention of somebody that didn´t know what the name means. His father was called Skáld-Torfi. [1] --157.157.37.67 08:26, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

No, his mother was called Skáld-Torfa. I picked the spelling used by Finnur Jónsson, yours is certainly valid as well. Haukur 09:13, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
