Talk:Bernie Rhodenbarr

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I removed the comment "(for instance, the third novel introduces Bernie's best friend Carolyn, a lesbian, whose relationship with him is strongly influenced by the fact that there is no sexual tension between them whatsoever; this would not work with Rhodenbarr portrayed by a woman)." as: 1) _Burglar_ was released in 1987, after the fifth book was published. 2) _Burglar_ did have a Carolyn analogue, who was a gay man. Is there a better example? Ralphmerridew 01:18, 27 April 2007 (UTC)
