[edit] Disappearing Lake
Didn't a lake recently drain away in this area? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.233.28.145 (talk • contribs)
- I am aware of this fact, but I am waiting for more info on this. Jespinos 17:44, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

- There are many news articles available [1] but with conflicting claims such as if there have [2] or have not [3] been earthquakes, if the lake has been there unchanged "as long as we remember" [4] or if it was not there 30 years ago [5]. So much for NPOV in the public opinion. :-)

- One thing I did learn is that with many Wikipedia articles about geographic locations it's hard to figure out where those areas are. For example, with Bernardo O'Higgins National Park there's no map showing park boundaries, etc. I would not expect this unnamed small lake to be pinpointed but it is frustrating that I could only get a very general sense of where the park itself is located within Chile.
