Talk:Bernard of Septimania

Doubtless the "clean-up" notice was applied by someone who wanted to see finished articles at all the redlinks, but didn't have the inclination to work on them. --Wetman 01:15, 21 August 2005 (UTC)
- Seeing what the article was like when I edited it in January (even after I'd amended some of the worst bits), I suspect it was more a matter of the execrable English of the original article. But it's now so improved that I quite concur with the removal of the clean-up tag. PWilkinson 22:09, 23 August 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Cleanup
What's wrong:
- unfinished links (like Guillem of Toulouse|Guillem) and missing links
- inconsistencies of grammar, orthography, language, and linking
- a general disorderliness which makes the article sloppy and hard to read
- format of the headings and the opening section
- redundancy

I cleaned up a little of the inconsistent words a week or so ago. There really wasn't much wrong with it when I saw it. JR Finley Firstly let me say that this is basically very very good stuff, unfortunately the English is a bit foggy. In the spirit of helpfulness let me say this:
831 Revolt 2d paragraph 3d sentance "even it was murdered" at the begining of the parenthetical statement I guess that this is an excuse for some of the action, the murder of their sister, however there is a better way of saying it.
- There was much more wrong with it and the tag should not have been removed, but I believe I have fixed it up nicely. If not, please improve it. Srnec 19:50, 20 January 2007 (UTC)
