I have a problem with the original article, which was cut in whole cloth from Mike Oettle's material on geocities (external ref). Parts of the original article are certainly in copyright violation, others are blatantly plagiarised (although this is not actually copyright violation), and a few parts had no source that I could identify.

Mike Oettle has stated to me that he was never consulted and that, if he had been asked, he would not have given permission to duplicate his material on Wikipedia.

I have now drafted and posted an article which excludes any information not in the book cited as a reference.
