Bertrand's paradox — distribution of midpoints of chords chosen at random, solution 1

Based on Image:Bertrand1-scatterplot.jpeg by Robert Dodier (User:Wile E. Heresiarch), and generated using Adobe Illustrator and Chipmunk Basic using 10,000 random chords. In this solution, the chords are generated by selecting two random endpoints on the perimeter of the circle.
