  1. The image is readily partly available other websites, see [1]. Further use of this image on Wikipedia is not believed to disadvantage to the copyright holder.
  2. The subject of the photograph is deceased, therefore a "new" image can not be created of this person. A free image may not exist, but in the event of a free image being located for this person in the future, this image should be deleted as soon as possible. - Mdd 15:01, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
