Berwyn is one of three stations on Metra's BNSF Railway Line, located in Berwyn, Illinois. The station is 9.6 miles (15.4 km) away from Union Station, the eastern terminus of the line.[1] In Metra's zone-based fare system, Berwyn is in zone B. There is a staffed station building on the south side of the tracks.
Originally known as Burlington Suburban Station and built in 1890 for the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad line, despite the objections of the CB&Q,[2] it was registered on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.[3]
