Bertin Tomou Bayard (born August 8, 1978 in Bafoussam) is a Cameroonian football (soccer) striker. He currently plays for Excelsior Mouscron and Cameroon national football team.

Tomou started his career at PWD Bamenda, and left for East Asia in 1997. He first played in South Korea, and go to China in 1998. He capped for Cameroon in 2004.

And he finally move to Europe to played for Stade Brest 29 in Ligue 2 in January 2006.
