Karl Bertil Sandström (born November 25, 1887 - died December 1, 1964) was a Swedish horse rider who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics, in the 1924 Summer Olympics, and in the 1932 Summer Olympics.

In 1920 he and his horse Sabel won the silver medal in the individual dressage.

Four years later he and Sabel won the silver medal with the individual dressage again.

In 1932 he was part of the Swedish team, which won the silver medal in the team dressage. This time with his horse Kreta. They also competed in the individual dressage event and finished tenth.
