Berrington Hall [1] is a country house located near Leominster, Herefordshire, England.
It is a neoclassical building [2] which was designed by Henry Holland in the late 18th century. It has a somewhat austere exterior [3], but the interiors are subtle and delicate. There are good collections of furniture and paintings, and a nursery, Victorian laundry and Georgian dairy. Berrington has been in the care of the National Trust since 1954 and is open to the public [4].
Berrington features Capability Brown's last landscape design [5]. Berrington Pool, a lake and island, is a Site of Special Scientific Interest.
Berrington Hall also runs a British Eventing Horse Trials once a year which is open to the public [6].
