Bernstein-Rein is an advertising agency located in Kansas City, Missouri. It is the eighth-largest privately-held agency in the United States and the 40th-largest agency in the United States. The agency is probably best known for its development of the McDonald's Happy Meal in 1976, and its 32-year relationship with Wal-Mart, which helped grow the retailer from a small Bentonville, Arkansas chain to the largest in the world.[3]
