Bernie Vince is an Australian Rules footballer (born 2 October 1985) plays for the Adelaide Crows in the Australian Football League.
From the Yorke Peninsula, Bernie Vince originally played for the CMS Crows. After an unsuccessful stint in the SANFL he returned to Stansbury. But eventually, Woodville West Torrens gave him a chance in the firsts, and he didn't disappoint. He played 4 games for them, including 3 finals. Bernie Vince also had played grade cricket for Woodville, and opened the batting for the South Australia Country side at the 2005 national championships. Bernie Vince attended the Adelaide private school, Prince Alfred College, during which time he represented the school in the Open A Grade football & cricket teams.
He was taken as pick 32 in the 2005 National Draft by the Adelaide Crows. He played all of the NAB Cup games, and also played the first game of the season, having 3 kicks.
Vince has played 4 of the first 6 games of the 2007 season equaling his 2006 tally already.
On Sunday the 6th of April 2008 Bernie won the Man Of the Match award against Port Power in the 24th edition of Showdown.
In the Summer, Bernie Vince often comes back down to Stansbury and plays A Grade cricket and sometimes brings Chris Knights with him.
