Berne Airport (IATA: BRNICAO: LSZB), which serves Berne, Switzerland, is actually closer to the village of Belp. It is therefore usually known as Bern Belp.

Berne Airport has one runway of 1,730 metres (5,676ft). The asphalt runway has been extended to 1730m (5'676ft). The ILS should be operational in September 2008.

An airport bus runs about once an hour between the airport and Bern Rail Station, tickets are about CHF 15.-. The cheapest option is to take the "Airliner" regional bus from the airport to the railway station in Belp. (The fare is only CHF 3, and buses depart once or twice an hour depending on the time of day.)

A new bus line will be opened in March 2009, connecting the airport directly to Berne's main train station.
