Berkeley Psychic Institute
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Berkeley Psychic Institute is a religious organization dealing with psychic development, founded in 1973 by former Scientologist and Rosicrucian Lewis S. Bostwick in Berkeley, California[1] and is also the workshop of the seminary of the Church of the Divine Man.
There are four Berkeley Psychic Institutes throughout California,[2] as well as several other groups throughout the world begun by former students.
Beginning meditation classes are offered for a donation and there is a charge for walk-in healing clinics.
The Institute primarily uses psychic readings as way to "clear energy" and "de-energize mental image pictures." The Institute has influenced other institutes like the Midwest Psychic Institute, founded by Kenneth Jones.[3]
