The Berkeley Group Holdings plc (LSE: BKG) is a British housebuilding company based in Cobham, Surrey. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

The group was established in Weybridge in 1976 and built four houses in its first year. It now builds houses and flats under the St George, Berkeley Homes and St James Homes brands. It is also involved in urban redevelopment programs via Berkeley Community Villages and in commercial property via Berkeley Commercial, and has a subsidiary called Berkeley First which builds boarding school dormitories. In 2005 it sold the Crosby Group, a residential property developer in the Midlands and Northern England, to Lend Lease Corporation in order to concentrate on its main markets in London and the South East.

Berkeley Group's turnover for the year to 30 April 2006 was £917.9 million. Profits were £165.1 million before tax and £121.4 million after tax.
