Beri'ah

Beri'ah, or Briyah, is the second of four worlds in the kabbalistic Tree of Life. It is known as the world of creation. In western occultism, each of the sephirah in this world is associated with a Holy Archangel, and it is associated with the suit of cups in the tarot. The Biblical archangels dwell in the realm of Briah. Yetzirah precedes it and Atziluth follows it.
