Bergen Air Transport is an airline based at Bergen Airport, Flesland in Norway. The airline started seaplane charter flights in 1998 and now also operates scheduled flights to Notodden Airport with a Cessna 441 Conquest II aircraft.

Though the company was founded in 1998, operations didn't start until the spring of 1999 with sea plane routes with a Cessna 206 on the Hardanger Fjord, mainly flying tourist to hotels. In August of the same year the airline acquired its first landbased Cessna 421B, used for charter from the new base at Flesland.
In June 2000 Bergen Air Transport started flying the route Bergen - Notodden, previously flown by Air Team. In july 2004 the airline acquired a new Cessna 441 Conquest II for its Notodden-route. It also got its own hangar in 2003.

The airline now has two aircraft, one eight seat Cessna 441 Conquest II and one six seat Cessna 421B.
