Berge (Thrace)

Berge (Greek:Βέργη) or Berga was a town in Bisaltia, Thrace, north-west of Amphipolis, colonized by Athenians in the 5th century BC. It was the homeland of Antiphanes of Berge, writer of the book Apista.
