Bere Regis is a large village in the Purbeck district of Dorset, England; situated 6 miles north-west of Wareham. The local travel links are located 6 miles from the village to Wareham railway station and 17 miles to Bournemouth International Airport. The main road running through the village is West Street. According to the 2001 Census, the village had a population of 1,797.[1]
It is situated at the junction of the A31 and A35 trunk roads half way between Poole and Dorchester.
