The original intent for this was to mainly vet the "local" vs "not mentioning local" differences that were originally present. However, if we're willing to be patient, we can also address other climate-related issues, such as whether Solanki's papers are relevant here. It can be difficult to argue these things without a sandbox to show why you feel they are relevant, so I'm all for it. I'm just cautioning, that this will possibly slow down the time it takes to reach consensus. However, I'm cautiously optimistic that we at least have a chance to reach consensus on these issues, and this sandbox should give people room to stretch their legs, so to speak.
