Picked up on this through a related changes search. This is good work, particularly as many of us still identify with these counties, and they may appear in older sources. I suppose you could put a note on Berwickshire, pointing out that it is named after BuT, which is unusual in itself... --MacRusgail (talk) 18:52, 15 January 2008 (UTC)

Its actually a bit of a duplicate of the 1971 population and 1951 area lists that already exist. I was attempting to create this for 'counties in 1971 by area' but another user decided they wanted it for their UK census collection, so I am attempting to do this as as stand alone. BuT?
