INTRODUCTION Mrs Maise is a full time librarian at Victoria Park Collegiate Instiute.

HISTORY Mrs. Maize arrived at Victoria Park in September of 2000. Previous to teaching at Victoria Park she had taught at RH King Academy, in Toronto, where she taught both french and history. Upon arrival at Victoria Park she continued to teach history and french for her first year before joining the library staff.

CURRENT SCHOOL INVOLVEMENT Mrs. Maize's improvemnts to the school and library include introducing several literacy programs (i.e. poetry toolbox), the implementation of lessons on proper methods of research, a library renovation, new displays for the library, removing thousands of books as well as increasing the school's selection of magazines.
