Seems not too much of a stretch to imagine that benzamil is called that because it is benzyl-amiloride. Worth a mention? --Rifleman 82 (talk) 20:05, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

Not really, you could look at it as etymology. Anyway, I intend to phrase it

Benzamil, or benzyl amiloride[1][2]
