I removed the geological section because of serious doubts about the description included and its attachment to the references listed. I attempted to find the references listed, but could not find any mention of them outside of Wikipedia articles and their mirrors. Please either post a URL to the reference, or, as it is an EIR, the URL to the City of Santa Rosa's website referencing the CEQA requirements and public comment periods and etc., for this EIR, or to the Earth Metrics Inc., website listing this EIR in their accomplishments or publications page.
