[edit] Why delete it?
1. Mr. Hong Kong 2005 winner Matthew Ko also has an article. The article is equally as important but is not in the speedy deletion category.
2. Mr. Yuen has acted in many Hong Kong television movies, in which the list I will provide later. He is also categorized as a movie star and their articles meet the standards of Wikipedia.
3. The Chinese Version of Wikipedia has a article on Mr. Yuen (http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=%E8%A2%81%E5%81%89%E8%B1%AA&variant=zh-hk). I think since there is a chinese Wikipedia entry, why can't Mr. Yuen be in the English Wikipedia?
4. There is more information to come. The sections did not end here so I will edit the article more.
I hope you can consider taking down the sign. The article has just been published and it has yet to see it's feedbacks.

- Matthew Ko has a filmography, which grants him notability under WP:BIO. (Although it should be noted that the claims are not reliably referenced) Ben Yuen has no such claim.
- If you can provide a list, please do so soon, with references to back up the information.
- Not meaning to be rude, but I really don't care what the Chinese Wiki has, and I doubt an administrator will either. They may have different notability standards, and more information with which to back up the claims of notability. We can't use another Wikipedia as a source, as it is not third party and thus not necessarily reliable.
- Since you have stated that you will add the information, I will change the deletion template to a PROD tag, which gives you five days to improve the article. If at any point you believe the page meets notability standards, you may remove the PROD tag on your own. Thanks for contacting me about this, and good luck improving the article. - Please keep in mind that you'll need to include some sources in English for verification, if at all possible. It may be better to put up a request for translation of the Chinese version of the article into English. Hersfold (t/a/c) 03:45, 13 September 2007 (UTC)
