[edit] Personal names are not translatable into other languages
Claim that Benedetto Cotrugli (in Italian) or Benedikt Kotruljevć (in Croatian) is an utter nonsense!!!--GiorgioOrsini 16:05, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
It is not, he is Benedikt Kotruljic (Kotruljevic), born in merchant family in Dubrovnik (Ragusa), his family moved there from Kotor. Writers from Dubrovnik (and all Dalmatia) all were humanists and latinists, and they had Latin and Italian versions of their names. Benedetto Cotrugli Ragusei is Benedikt (or Beno) Kotruljevic. This article needs unprotection. Tomsak 09:59, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
How can a person from Croatian town of Croatian ancestry not be an Croatian economist? Ceha 18:43, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
