It appears there needs to be further disambiguation, The new CEO of CodeGear (subsidary of Borland) is also named Ben Smith. Siliconman 18:24, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

I did some research, created a new stub and updated the disambiguation page. Siliconman 17:31, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
