I see this article has the neutrality tag on it, but whoever nominated it did not post his or her concerns on the talk page. I just took a look at the article, and am unsure of what the nominator's problem is. I'm no fan of Cayetano, but except for a few phrases ("swept into office," for example), I don't see anything here that's objectionable. Anyone? Mitchell k dwyer 08:21, 7 August 2005 (UTC)
