Difficult to imagine a clearer case for fair use than this. The image was widely used in MDC political campaigning and in various "Free Bennett" campaign literature. Bob BScar23625 05:54, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] To "fair use inquisitor" Abu badali

Bennett's current status is something close to that of a political fugitive.[1][2] I am sure that if I could track him down, then he would agree to me taking a photograph of him. However, as things stand, that might be tricky. So, my contention is that the image is not replaceable. best wishes Bob BScar23625 17:05, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

This person being a political fugitive is a good fair use rationale. Add it to the image description page, make sure the information is verifiable, and the image won't be deleted.
Try not to be personal.

Abu badali. Text adjusted as you suggest. The term "fair use inquisitor" is how you describe yourself on your user page, and my use of that term implied no offence. best wishes. Bob BScar23625 21:49, 30 October 2006 (UTC)
