This is the cover of Ben Lee's 2007 album Ripe.

From Wikipedia's fair-use policy regarding album covers: "It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of such covers solely to illustrate the audio recording in question... qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law." My use of this image serves solely to illustrate the album in question. Case closed.
