Beno Lapajne (born June 10, 1973 in Ljubljana, Slovenia) is a professional handball player currently playing for the national team of Slovenia as its goalkeeper. He has taken part in many international events including the Athens Olympics in 2004.

He started his career in the handball club HC Inles - Ribnica. He later played in clubs HC Celje (SLO), HC Pivovarna Laško (SLO), HC Gorenje (SLO), HC Prule 67, Ivry (F). Lapajne has won 7 Slovenian Championships and 8 Slovenian Cups and was Runner-up - European Championship (2004).

He joined the HC Zagreb in 2005.
