Benny Chan Muk-Sing, born (Traditional Chinese: 陳木勝) on October 7th, 1969 is a Hong Kong film director, producer and writer. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and was nominated for "Best director" at the 24th Annual Hong Kong Film Awards for the movie New Police Story.
