Benjamin F. Deming

Benjamin F. Deming (1790 - July 11, 1834) was a U.S. Representative from Vermont.

Born in Danville, Vermont, Deming pursued an academic course. He engaged in mercantile pursuits. He served as member of the Governor's council 1827-1832. He served as clerk of the Caledonia County Court 1817-1833. County judge of probate 1821-1833.

Deming was elected as an Anti-Masonic candidate to the Twenty-third Congress and served from March 4, 1833, until his death at Saratoga Springs, New York, en route home, July 11, 1834. He was interred in Danville Green Cemetery, Danville, Vermont.
