Benjamin Christensen

Benjamin Christensen, also known as Benjmain Christie and Richard Bee, was a Danish film and stage actor as well as a film director. As an actor, he is most known for his last film, Michael (1924), in which he plays Claude Zoret, the jilted lover of the film's title character. As a director, he created the first mockumentary in 1922 with Häxan (in English, The Witches).
Christensen was born in Viborg, Denmark on September 28 1879 and died on April 2 1959 in Copenhagen.
