Ben Thompson (born 1 June 1992, in Manchester) is a young English actor who currently plays the role of Ryan Connor in Coronation Street.
He also starred in a short film called Re-inventing Eddie. He also has appeared in the hit CBBC show Stupid! and starred in many sketches.
He does a lot of campaigning for the NSPCC after his dad got him involved.
Was in a rock band called Fevered (more information needed) He has also appeared twice with the Joy Division Tribute band Transmission at the Manchester Academy as Support.
