Ben Kavangh (born 1988) is an English rugby league player who currently plays for English Super League club Wigan Warriors. He usually plays second row or prop forward.
Ben started his rugby career at amateur sides Elland Boxers ARLFC then Siddal ARLFC before being signed for the Wigan Warriors Academy. In 2007 he won the Edwards-Johnson Memorial Trophy which is awarded to the best player in the Senior Academy for that season. After an impressive season in the academy he was rewarded with being selected in the 2008 first team squad and given the squad number 28. Ben will continue to play in the senior academy but will also spend time training with the first team.
